Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors/Health Planners.
Drive monthly recruitment and activation targets.
Generate business through the agency team.
Train advisors on products, sales process and customer handling.
Conduct daily/weekly activity reviews and sales meetings.
Support advisors through joint calls and field visits.
Track recruitment, meetings, sales calls, login and GWP.
Develop and maintain a robust advisor network.
Achieve branch/channel business targets.
Ideal Candidate
2–5+ years of sales/insurance experience preferred.
Robust recruitment and team-management skills.
Valuable communication and relationship-building ability.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
