Assistant Manager-HR

The HR Assistant Manager will oversee all human resources functions across multiple business clusters, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and local regulations. This role requires a seasoned HR qualified with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR analytics. The manager will lead a team of HR specialists, develop and implement HR policies, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives across all clusters.
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture.
Design and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.




Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision‑making and improve HR effectiveness.
Collaborate with finance to manage HR budgets and cost controls.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on employee relations, organizational change, and workforce planning.
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Requirements
Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi‑cluster or multi‑region workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a quick‑paced, dynamic business environment.
