Role & responsibilities
Robust working knowledge of both residential and commercial interior fit-out processes (civil, carpentry, MEP, false ceiling, modular kitchen, furniture installation, etc.) • Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings, BOQs, and design layouts. • Hands-on experience managing vendors, contractors, and labor in office. • Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution timelines. • Robust budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills. • Excellent communication skills for client handling and team coordination. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick on-site decisions. • Proficiency in MS Excel/Project or similar project tracking tools.
