Role & responsibilities
Practically, the JD should cover factory safety, PPE and safety gear, hygiene and housekeeping, fire and emergency preparedness, statutory HSE compliance, safety inspections and risk assessments, incident/near-miss reporting and investigation, employee and contractor safety training, and follow-up on corrective actions.
Preferred candidate profile
Certifications: Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are often required).
