Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for faade, glazing, aluminium, cladding, and related works.
Review architectural, structural, and faade drawings to calculate quantities accurately.
Prepare client bills, RA bills, work orders, and subcontractor bills.
Verify measurements at site and ensure billing quantities match actual executed work.
Prepare material reconciliation and track material consumption against BOQ.
Handle variation orders, extra items, and deviation statements.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors for billing and quantity-related matters.
Check and certify subcontractor/vendor bills based on actual work completed.
Maintain cost sheets, billing trackers,



and project financial records.
Assist in rate analysis, tendering, estimation, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor project costs and identify cost overruns and savings prospects.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of client invoices and payment certifications.
Maintain proper documentation for measurements, approvals, invoices, and supporting documents.

Preferred Experience: 38 years in Faade / Glazing / Aluminium / Construction
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil or related field
