ONLY EXPERIENCE CAN ELIGIBLE (No freshers)

Salary
6to18 months experience: 32,000 take-home
19+ months experience: 37,000 take-home

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Accurately update customer information and call details in CRM systems.
Follow standard operating procedures, company policies, and quality guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Positive verbal communication and customer-handling skills
Relevant international voice process experience preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
