Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and databases.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.
Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining coordination.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.




Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work with hiring targets.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
