Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable programs. Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively explaining course advantages and career outcomes. Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective learners throughout the admission process. Conduct counselling sessions through phone calls, video meetings, and face-to-face interactions. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
