Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze active client requirements to identify the right candidates.

Source talent through Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.

Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates' technical skills.

Manage the complete US IT recruitment life cycle.

Participate in daily team huddles to drive closures within defined TAT.

Build effective Boolean search strings and utilize advanced sourcing techniques.

Required Skills:

Robust understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and US visa classifications.

Hands-on experience working on W2 requirements.

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.

Expertise in full-cycle US IT recruitment across diverse technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners.

Solid sourcing skills through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
