About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales / Business Development professional with experience in IT Staffing / C2H (Contract-to-Hire) to drive client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other channels.
Connect with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, Procurement teams and hiring managers across IT organizations.
Promote IT staffing, C2H and recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.




Coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements.
Maintain MIS, CRM updates and daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills
1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / IT Staffing.
Prior experience in C2H / Contract Staffing / Recruitment Services is preferred.
Strong cold calling and lead-generation skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to interact confidently with HR, TA, Procurement and Business stakeholders.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures and revenue generation.
Positive knowledge of the IT staffing/recruitment market.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from IT Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, C2H, Contract Staffing or Talent Solutions backgrounds will be preferred.
