Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop contemporary ethnic wear collections in line with the brands aesthetic.
Research trends, fabrics, colours, embroideries, and silhouettes.
Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed design concepts.
Coordinate with artisans, embroiderers, pattern makers, and production teams for sampling and execution.
Develop collections from concept to final product while maintaining quality and design consistency.
Work closely with the prominent designer/founder on design direction and collection development.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
Robust understanding of Indian ethnic wear, textiles, embroidery, and craftsmanship.
Excellent sketching and design development skills.
Positive knowledge of fabrics, fits, and garment construction.
Solid creative sense with attention to detail.
Prior experience working with a prominent fashion designer or established designer label is preferred.
