Job Description
Lead and supervise nursing teams to ensure quality patient care.
Manage overall nursing administration and daily unit operations.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix for patient requirements.
Coordinate with management and bed managers for admissions and staffing.
Mentor, orient, train, and develop nursing staff and students.
Ensure availability and proper utilization of equipment and resources.
Promote teamwork, qualified conduct, and effective conflict resolution.
Maintain patient confidentiality and a secure clinical setting.
Participate in quality improvement, policy review, and practice development.
Qualification
B.Sc Nursing with minimum 15yrs of experience and having Nursing Administration experience
