Coordinate with zone, chapter, and wing leaders/conveners for events, activities, and term-plan alignment.
Follow up on event calendars, speakers, meetings, and chapter/wing activities.
Support chapters/wings with reimbursements, registrations, statutory compliance, and ITR submissions.
Monitor smooth functioning and compliance of zones and chapters; resolve queries and pending cases within timelines.
Organize weekly zone meetings and coordinate monthly zone/chapter meetings, including agendas, MOMs, and recordings.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including zone reviews and chapter activity reports.
