About Position:

We are looking for an experienced D365 Functional Consultant / Dev Lead with 5 to 8 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge of Finance, O2C (Order to Cash), and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes, along with hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise business applications.

What You'll Do:
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into D365 Finance and Operations solutions.
Configure and support D365 modules related to Finance, O2C, and P2P business processes.
Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Participate in solution design workshops and recommend best-fit business solutions.
Support implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and transformation initiatives within D365 environments.




Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations to optimize business processes.
Prepare functional specifications, process documents, user stories, and solution documentation.
Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, and release validation.
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, security requirements, and compliance standards.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and process improvement prospects.
Support data migration, data validation, and master data management activities.
Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and operational support to business teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement, reusable assets, and best practices across D365 projects.
