Counsel candidates about overseas job opportunities and career perks.
Promote German language training programs and caregiving career opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Maintain candidate details and lead status in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets.
Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth candidate onboarding.
