Associate Consultant-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance - Noida

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Handle client queries and provide timely case status updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SLA adherence
Track verification cases and manage escalations effectively
Prepare MIS reports, client dashboards, and performance updates
Support client onboarding and process implementation
Ensure compliance with quality standards and data privacy guidelines

Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce

Experience
Customer Success Management (3+ years)
