Aleido India is looking for a Documentation Team Lead to for our Bengaluru delivery centre. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating documentation activities, guiding the team, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and serving as the primary day-to-day interface between client stakeholders and the documentation team.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical communication expertise with people leadership, delivery coordination, and a passion for up-to-date content practices.

In addition to driving delivery excellence, the Team Lead will champion the adoption of AI and automation to improve documentation quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.
This role is suited to an experienced technical communicator who enjoys leading teams, working closely with clients, and building scalable documentation practices in a global delivery setting.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical writers and documentation specialists.
Allocate work, manage priorities, and ensure effective utilisation of team capacity.




Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance on documentation best practices.
Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for recent team members.

Delivery Coordination
Plan and coordinate documentation activities to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and to agreed quality standards.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of delivery issues.
Ensure adherence to documentation processes, templates, style guides, and quality requirements.
Track team performance against agreed delivery objectives.

Client Collaboration
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for documentation-related discussions with client stakeholders.
Participate in regular planning, status, and review meetings.
Understand client priorities and communicate requirements clearly to the team.
Provide timely updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and improvement initiatives.
