About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive the sales function for our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have robust experience with a real estate builder/developer , specifically in commercial projects , with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading large sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Drive sales for commercial real estate projects including retail, office and other commercial developments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors and HNI clients.
Identify current business opportunities and generate strong sales pipelines.




Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Prepare and review sales plans, forecasts, MIS and performance reports.
Conduct regular team reviews and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
Develop and strengthen the channel partner network.
Handle negotiations and closure of high-value commercial deals.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Projects and Accounts teams for smooth customer conversion and closure.
Ensure proper follow-up on leads, site visits, bookings and collections.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and processes.
Provide regular sales updates and strategic inputs to the senior management.

Candidate Profile
10–15 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
Builder/Developer company experience is mandatory.
Robust experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
Proven experience in handling and lead
