ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you work across both sides of what we do: standing up recent NetSuite instances and keeping existing ones running well. On implementations you lead discovery, design and configure the solution, and build what standard config can't cover. On managed accounts you're the named consultant who administers the instance, delivers enhancements, and vets every release before it reaches production. You stay with clients from first go-live through every close after,



so you see your own decisions play out rather than handing them off at sign-off. It's a fit if you're as comfortable mapping a multi-entity close with a finance lead as you are debugging a SuiteScript in UAT.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Implementation delivery
Run discovery, turn requirements into transparent BRDs, and configure NetSuite to client process flows across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, inventory and fixed assets
Demo configured solutions, define test scenarios, and run SIT and UAT with client teams
Produce training material, lead end-user sessions, and own go-live and cutover

Managed services and support
Act as the named consultant on managed accounts, administering the instance and knowing it well enough to answer quick
Handle enhancements, change requests and break-fix issues against agreed response times
Evaluate and test each NetSuite release before it reaches production, with proper change governance
