nWhat we expect youto do:

- Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplace and more. N
- Manage budgets ranging from high-scale media spends to lean campaign allocations with equal efficiency. N
- Collaborate across teams for campaign planning, goal-setting, and performance analysis. N
- Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, and GA4 for real-time reporting and insights. N
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend automation workflows (Zapier, scripts, etc.) to improve campaign efficiency. N
- Lead performance audits, conversion tracking setups,



and cross-channel attribution modeling. N
- Stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and AI-driven tools for continuous performance enhancement. N

nWhat we expect from you?

- n
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing (agency or brand side).
- Proven track record of managing D2C performance campaigns for top, middle and bottom funnels.
- Manage budgets of <
50L/month for running successful campaigns.
- Marketplace (amazon/flipkart), Quick commerce (zepto etc.) ads is a plus. JD Performance Marketing Lead
- Strong command over Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YT).
- Knowledge of setting up of GMC, GMB, pixels is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) structure, testing, and scaling.
