- Drive DEX Strategy: Leverage Nexthink for remote actions, custom workflows, dashboards, and proactive self-healing automation N

- Modern Endpoint Management: Design and administer Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11 environments, Conditional Access, and security baselines N
- .n
- Provisioning at Scale: Architect Windows Autopilot deployments across Hybrid and Microsoft Entra join frameworks N
- .n
- Scripting & API Engineering: Utilize advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate production workflows N
- .n
- Telemetry to Business Value: Translate workplace metrics into actionable XLAs (Experience Level Agreements)

- EnterpriseGovernance: Enforce Zero Trust models, RBAC, and least-privilege security architectures N

n Qualification

- Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 3+ years in DEX or Automation Architecture N

- Deep expertise in Nexthink, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and XLAs N

n Preferred Skill

- Knowledge of secondary DEX/UEM tools (ControlUp, 1E, SysTrack, Jamf, Workspace ONE), ServiceNow integrations, Power BI, and emerging tech like Copilot, agentic automation, or MCP N

- Certifications (Bonus): Nexthink Certified, Microsoft MD-102 / MS-102 / SC-300 / AZ-104, or ITIL 4 Foundation N
