nNEXT SPACE DESIGN STUDIO is looking for a passionate and responsible Architect / Interior Designer to join our Design Team.
nThis is not just a drafting role. You will be involved in the complete design journey — from the first client discussion to the final built form.
nKey Responsibilities

Concept development & space planningn
Floor plans, 3D elevations and presentationsn
Interior mood boards, 3D visualisation and execution drawingsn
Material, finish & furniture selectionsn
Coordination with site engineersn
Managing drawings, revisions and project deliverables within committed timelinesn

nWho We're Looking For
n
n
Bachelor's / Master's in Architecture or Interior Designn
1–4 years of skilled experiencen
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, Photoshop & MS Officen




Robust 3D visualisation and presentation skillsn
Understanding of Vastu and sustainable design principlesn
Positive communication, documentation and client-handling skillsn
Someone who takes ownership, respects timelines and protects the design intent from paper to built formn
