Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune District for a Sales and Marketing professional specializing in modular furniture. The role involves identifying and approaching prospective clients, conducting site visits, and presenting suitable modular furniture solutions aligned with customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotations, coordinating with the design and installation teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups to close deals.



The position also includes developing local marketing initiatives, participating in showroom or client presentations, maintaining customer records, and providing after-sales support to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training capabilities to educate clients and internal teams on product features, installation processes, and usage best practices.
Experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or related industries is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Pune District, conduct field visits, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
