You:
5+ years of experience in visualisation — senior enough to lead, curious enough to keep learning
Deep, hands-on experience with Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, and the wider real-time rendering ecosystem
A working command of AI tools reshaping visualisation (not just "I asked ChatGPT once")
The instinct to explore what's next before we have to ask
