About the Role

Ogha Health is looking for an M.Sc. Counsellor – Diagnostics & Internal Sales to manage diagnostic enquiries, counsel patients, coordinate appointments, support lead conversion, and contribute to diagnostic sales and revenue targets.

The role requires solid communication, patient counselling, relationship management, follow-up, and sales-conversion skills.





The selected candidate will work closely with doctors, the diagnostic team, marketing, front-office staff, and management to support a smooth patient journey from enquiry and counselling through diagnostic booking and completion.

Key Responsibilities1. Patient Counselling
Counsel patients and their family members regarding available diagnostic services and health-check packages.
Understand patient requirements and provide information about relevant services based on available and approved clinical recommendations.
Explain diagnostic tests, packages, procedures, pricing, preparation requirements, and appointment processes in a transparent and patient-friendly manner.
Build qualified relationships with patients through empathetic and respectful communication.
Address patient queries and non-clinical concerns appropriately.
Maintain a positive and professional patient experience throughout the counselling proces
