Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
NWe are looking for an experienced Head of Program Management to lead and drive end-to-end program execution across Product and Engineering. The role will be responsible for establishing robust delivery governance, ensuring predictable software releases, driving cross-functional alignment, and continuously improving organizational delivery capabilities. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in program management and software delivery is a plus.

Define and drive the product development and software delivery lifecycle across products. N
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of software releases, ensuring quality, predictability, and timely execution. N
Establish robust program governance, metrics, reporting, and communication mechanisms to provide transparent and transparent visibility to stakeholders. N
Drive continuous improvement of Product and Engineering processes to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability. N
Monitor and improve team productivity,

Proactively identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks, drive timely escalations and decisions, and effectively balance business priorities with technical constraints. N
De-risk product launches and releases through proactive risk management, contingency planning, phased execution, and early mitigation strategies. N
