Job Description:

Position: Officer/Sr. Officer - QA/QC

Location: Dadra

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Inspection and testing as per Control plans/inspection requirements ( FG , Intermediates , RM & PM )
layout inspection and functional testing as per plan and maintain records
Maintaining Calibration of Instruments and Gauges records & co-ordination with agencies
Maintain 5 S in dept.
Dept Documentation as per IMS requirements.
Analysis of Customer Complaints / Customer line rejections , RC , CAPA , Followup audit.
Perform laboratory testing such as viscosity, gloss, pH, shade, drying time, and adhesion
Approve or reject batches based on quality specifications
Maintain QC/QA records, SOPs and documentation




Monitor proper use and calibration of laboratory instruments

Required Skills
Testing knowledge including Paint / RM / FG / Intermediates
Communication in Shift working.
Team Work
SAP QC transaction working knowledge
Ability to work under pressure.
Work in all shifts experience required.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 5.50 LPA
