Key responsibilities:
Design and execute manual & automation test cases.
Test voice/AI interactions for accuracy, relevance and edge cases.
Test ASR (speech-to-text), NLU and TTS components.
Test APIs, web applications and data-intensive systems.
Create positive/negative test scenarios and test data.
Analyse audio and text logs and identify defects.
Report, track and retest bugs with development teams.
Perform integration, performance, scalability, reliability and regression testing.
Build automation scripts/pipelines,



particularly using Python.
Test multilingual, noisy-setting and real-world conversational scenarios.
