Job Overview
Maskoid Technologies is looking for a multi-skilled IT Network & Hardware Administrator to manage and maintain the company's complete IT infrastructure.
The role involves office IT support, hardware troubleshooting, system and network administration, server management, website hosting and deployment, DNS/SSL management, WordPress administration, backups, security, monitoring, and basic Python automation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day employee IT issues as well as independently managing servers, networks, hosting settings, website deployments, and infrastructure-related tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Office IT Support & Hardware
Troubleshoot employee IT issues including system slowness, keyboard/mouse, monitor,



audio, and peripheral issues.
Install and configure operating systems, office applications, security tools, and required software.
Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Ensure all office IT systems are operational, secure, and properly maintained.
Maintain inventory and stock of IT accessories, spare hardware, and components.
System & Network Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and NAS devices.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and connectivity-related issues.
Perform OS updates, security patches, driver installations, and firmware upgrades.
Manage basic firewall and VPN configurations.
Website Hosting, Deployment & Server Management
