About Internal Audit
Internal Audit function of the Bank, operates independently under the Supervision of the Audit Committee of the Board and is responsible for providing an Independent View to the Board of Directors and Senior Management on the Quality and Efficacy of the Internal Controls, Risk Management Systems, Governance Systems and Processes in Place, on an on-going basis. This is provided to primarily ensure that the Business and Support Functions are in Compliance with both Internal and Regulatory Guidelines.
About the Role
Investigations: Investigator-Retail Liabilities Investigations has to Develop and Implement Policies, Standards and Practices for Timely and Productive Investigation of the Reported Cases, Frauds, Complaints and Staff Misdemeanor along with Whistle Blower cases. They must Proactively manage and undertake the Investigations related to Frauds, Complaints,



Whistle Blower and staff Misdemeanor in tandem with the Leading Forensic and Fraud Investigation Practices, Bank's Policies, Procedures and Regulatory Requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Commencement and Completion of Investigations within Time Norms (TAT).
• Adherence to the Processes as per the Fraud Risk Management Policy of the Bank.
• Comprehensiveness and Quality of Investigations - Comprehensiveness and Quality of Investigations, Focus on Root Cause Analysis, Identification of Process / Control / System Gaps, provide Qualitative Recommendations for Improvement of Processes and Mitigation of Fraud Risk, Identification and Fixing of Staff Accountability, Maintaining Evidences, Records & Documentation pertaining to Investigations in a Systematic & Seamless Manner.
• Preparation of Comprehensive Investigation Report and Submission to Head – Investigations within stipulated timelines
