Role Summary

A reputed Residential / Boarding School in Nainital is looking for a dynamic, confident and result-oriented Admission Counselor to drive student admissions across Delhi NCR and assigned territories.

This is a field-oriented admissions role involving direct interaction with parents and prospective students, school visits, counseling, presentations, lead follow-up and admission conversion. The candidate will be required to travel regularly and, at times, undertake extensive travel within the assigned territory and to nearby locations.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience as an Admission Counselor,



Counseling Manager or Counseling Executive with a reputed school or established Ed-Tech company. Professionals from reputed real estate companies with experience in selling high-end residential or commercial properties and robust client-conversion skills may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Admission Counseling & Conversion
Counsel parents and prospective students regarding the school's academic programs, residential/boarding facilities, curriculum, student development and admission process.
Understand the requirements and expectations of parents and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
Handle admission enquiries and convert qualified prospects into confirmed admissions.
Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions with parents and students.
Explain fee structure, facilities, boarding environment, academic offerings and other relevant aspects of the school.
Follow up consistently with prospective parents from initial enquiry until admissi
