About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting and taxation and must have prior experience working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
/n
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and other financial reports.
/n
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
/n
- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants, auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities.
/n
- Review GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
/n
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance requirements.
/n
- Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
/n




- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure proper accounting controls.
/n
- Assist in budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
/n
- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
/n
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
/n
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
/n
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate and timely deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements

/n

/n
- Must have prior work experience in a CA Firm / Chartered Accountant Firm.
/n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
/n
- Solid hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax compliance.
/n
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
/n
- Experience in handling audits and coordinating with CA firms/auditor
