nJob Summary
nOTC Specialist is responsible for overseeing end-to-end order lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in order processing. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end order processing including order entry, validation, fulfillment, and invoicing, Billing, Cash apps, Collectionsn
- Review and validate customer orders for completeness and accuracyn
- Coordinate with sales, finance,



supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order executionn
- Handle order-related escalations and provide timely resolutionn
- Monitor order queues and ensure SLA adherencen
- Perform root cause analysis on order issues and implement corrective actionsn
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systemsn
- Support audits and compliance requirementsn
- Provide regular reports and insights on order performance metricsn
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvementn

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fieldn
- 2-10 years of experience in order management, customer operations, or supply chainn
