Title: Account Manager (Sales) – Test and Measurement

nPosition Summary:
nThe Account Manager role is responsible for developing top-tier accounts in India. This role blends complex technical problems, a consultative solution-based selling culture and exposure to world-renowned technology organizations we proudly call our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in engineering fields such as mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronics, and a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies for complex technical solutions. nRoles and Responsibilities:

- Identify/ Develop Recent Business focusing on Test System Integration (design, replication, support)n
- Maintain/grow existing accountsn
- Build/execute/report on account plans through collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.);n




- Present Solution concepts and Business proposals to our customers;n
- Manage opportunities by leveraging strong relationships you build with world-class pre-sales teams.n
- Define account strategies and execute sales plann
- Manage Salesforce CRM to maintain the sales funnel, forecast sales, and generate accurate sales reports. Qualifications: Education & Technical Expertise:n
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Electrical preferred);n
- Solid understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes;n
- Technical understanding of automation, test, and measurement equipment concepts;n
- Experience with automation applications, including precision mechanics and optical systems;n

nSales & Account Management Experience:

- n
- 10+ years of experience in custom automation solution selling, including Test & Measurement solutions for Manufacturing Industry;n
- Demonstrated experience
