About the Role
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance team as a Finance Manager.
The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliances, reconciliations, audits, and month-end closures. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech/SaaS setting.
This is an chance for a CA who wants to take end-to-end ownership of accounting and finance operations and grow into a broader finance leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Month-End Closure




Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and review journal entries, provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses, and other accounting adjustments.
Perform GL scrutiny and ensure timely closure of open items.
Ensure books are maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Reconciliations & Financial Reporting
Prepare and review bank, vendor, customer, GST, TDS, and other balance sheet reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve reconciling items and aged balances.
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management review.
Prepare schedules and workings for financial statements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Statutory Compliance
Manage and review GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Coordinate with tax consultants and ensure timely filing of returns a
