Responsibilities:
Develop and negotiate contract terms.
Ensure all contracts comply with regulations and xxxxx's policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and improve contract terms.
Resolve any contract disputes in a timely and qualified manner.
Maintain organized contract records and documentation.

Requirements:
Certified Skilled Contracts Manager (CPCM) or relevant certification.
Proven experience in contract management or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of contract laws and regulations.
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
