nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders.n
- Verify incoming invoices and supporting documents.n
- Conduct random compliance checks for contract workers.n
- Verify attendance and wage payments.n
- Monitor payment of ESI, PF and other statutory contributions.n
- Handle insurance, safety and company compliance activities.n




- Ensure compliance with BoCW and applicable labour laws.n
- Coordinate electricity payments and related administrative activities.n
- Handle and coordinate inspections by statutory authorities.n
- Interact and coordinate with the JLL team at the project/site level.n
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to project compliance.n

n4+ years of relevant experience
nAny Degree
nStrong knowledge of ESI, PF & Labour Laws
nContract Labour Compliance experience
nGood knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Adobe Acrobat
nConstruction project experience preferred
nExperience interacting with external/statutory inspectors
nTamil – Native proficiency
nEnglish – Working proficiency
nHindi – Added Advantage
nPresentable with valuable communication skills
nCandidates residing within 5 km of the workplace preferred
nVehicle ownership – Added Advantage
