NWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analog Design Leader to lead and drive the development of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal circuits for Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IPs (OTPs, MTP, Fuse and EEPROMs) and power management IPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog design, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of NVM technologies. As a leader, you will guide a team of engineers to deliver cutting-edge designs that meet performance, power, and reliability goals.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design, development, and verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits for NVM applications, including charge pumps, voltage regulators, sense amplifiers, and memory interfaces. N
- Define and review circuit architectures to optimize performance, power, and area (PPA). N
- Drive innovation in circuit design to address industry challenges in scaling, performance, and reliability for NVM. N
