Oversee end-to-end operations for large facilities, managing logistics for transport, canteen services, housekeeping, and employee accommodation.
Direct Human Resources and administrative teams, supervising employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures for both permanent and contractual staff.
Serve as the central interface for external entities, including government bodies, law enforcement, labor unions, and local community stakeholders.
Implement and enforce robust security protocols, access control measures, and safety coordination initiatives to ensure site discipline and risk mitigation.
Lead crisis and emergency management efforts, ensuring rapid and effective response to operational disruptions.
Manage vendor relationships and facility maintenance contracts to support continuous plant functionality.
Provide mature leadership to influence and guide a large, multi-disciplinary workforce, upholding organizational values and operational goals.
