NThis is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, is creative and organized, and is comfortable working with a young child.
NKey ResponsibilitiesHR & CoordinationAssist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding and employee coordination.
NMaintain basic HR documentation and records.
NCoordinate with employees, candidates, vendors and management.
NSupport day-to-day HR andadministrative activities.
NGuest Relations & DigitalMarketingAssist with guest communication and coordination for the company's hospitality/property activities.




NOccasionally travel to the Karjat villa for guest relations, events or operational requirements.
NHelp ensure guests have aprofessional and welcoming experience.
NAssist with social media,photos/videos, content creation and basic digital marketing.
NCoordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
NThis is not a sales or target-based role.
NEarly Learning – 6:30 PM to 8:00 PMThe final 1.5 hours of the regular working day will be dedicated to engaging a young child in age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.
NConduct storytelling, picture-book reading, rhymes, music, sensory play and other Montessori/play-based activities.
NSupport early language, communication, social and motor-skill development.
NHelp prepare easy and creative weekly activities.
NPrevious Montessori/ECCE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
