Why this role matters?
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead ERM’s Global Services Talent Acquisition team in India, overseeing a team of recruiters supporting hiring across the Consulting Delivery Hub (CDH) and Global Delivery Centre (GDC). You will work in close partnership with hiring managers and business leaders within India, North America and EMEA to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent into ERM’s Global Services. This role is critical to enabling the growth and success of our global service centre, while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiencies and scalable recruitment solutions that support volume hiring without compromising quality or candidate experience.
As a solution-focused Talent Acquisition leader, you will translate business priorities into actionable talent acquisition strategies, driving execution through your team. You will use data and insights to tell a transparent story, anticipate challenges, and develop practical solutions that ensure the successful delivery of recruitment and business objectives.
What you’ll bring:
Significant Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a complex, matrix organisation, with a track record of supporting global stakeholders and business functions.
Experience leading through others, with the ability to develop Talent Acquisition leaders, build high-performing teams and drive accountability across a recruitment function.
Strong strategic thinking capability, combined with the ability to translate strategy into pragmatic, deliverable solutions that drive business results.
Proven experience operating in quick-paced, evolving or scale-up settings, building processes, structures and operating models that enable growth.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and partner with senior leaders across different regions, cultures and business priorities.
