We are looking for a talented and energetic individual to join our Project Management team at Marsh Risk. This role is based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

We will count on you to:
Manage day-to-day execution for multiple analytics initiatives by maintaining structure, driving follow-ups, and escalating blockers appropriately.
Provide clear, actionable status updates and summaries for stakeholders (progress, next steps, risks/issues, decisions needed).
Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting so leaders and delivery teams have visibility into project health, milestones, and dependencies.
Demonstrate robust judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism in cross-group partner scenarios.

What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, finance, analytics,



risk/insurance, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
2 – 5 years of relevant experiencein project management, PMO, operations, client delivery support, or similar roles.
Robust written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with project tracking tools is a plus

Eligibility
Minimum 12 months experience as Lead Specialist(D1)/Senior Specialist(C2)
Should have at least “On-Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal.
Should not be under any Performance Counselling Plan or had any official disciplinary action within the last 3 months.
Should not have applied for any other IJP in the last 3 months
