Job Description Summary
The Test Expert role is part of a function that ensures the quality, performance, and compliance of enterprise applications and platforms across both SAP and non-SAP systems.
This role is ensuring high quality of test artefacts and proper execution of system validation activities by collaborating with the different Subject matter experts from Business and Technology and providing coordination, guidance and support. Further on, the Test Expert coordinates test activities for certain areas or phases of the program, which may include but is not limited to functional, regression, performance, user acceptance testing and future automation of these validation activities. The position ensures that testing practices align with regulatory requirements, enterprise architecture, and delivery methodologies and further applicable standards.

Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Provide hands-on Test Management guidance,



training and support for the full testing lifecycle from scoping to execution and reporting.
Manage the defects arising during test activities, ensuring that defects are recorded, prioritized and resolved effectively.
Perform risk assessments on defects.
Efficiently use testing tools including Test script and Test set creation, test execution, Defect management, Release and cycle maintenance, Traceability and reporting, Test set management and actively support improvement initiatives.
Contribute to test automation to increase speed, efficiency, and repeatability in delivery.
Collaborate with Business and Technology stakeholders, Factory and Platform teams to ensure early involvement and end-to-end quality assurance.
Collaborate and communicate across globally distributed teams of internal and external experts and partners.
Support the definition and monitoring of testing KPIs to assess quality, efficiency, and compliance
