Role Summary:

We are looking for a Manager of Data practice analytics to head up a local team working with the larger Epsilon Data practice teams across the globe.
This role will help to define solutions for given product and engineering initiatives, and drive solutions to delivery by effectively engaging with team members across the globe. The person in this role will be working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization, so he / she must be able to communicate and keep them informed on overall health on projects impacting Epsilon Data Analytics platforms. Specifically, the manager role will have leads and seniors reporting to him / her, so they must be able to both define and assign the workload as well as manage the people responsible for the work product.

Responsibilities
Account for the overall management of Data and Analytics projects; including timeliness, quality, and client value. QA/QC data and report output to ensure accuracy.




Assist with the development of creative plans for addressing key areas of data management and governance improvements.
Collaborate with leadership to devise strategic direction and conduct analysis by qualitatively and/or quantitatively analyzing data/information.
Perform data manipulations with tools such as BigQuery, SAS/ACCESS, and Tableau
Prepare reports, programs and other key deliverables that uncover insights for developing business recommendations, based on data findings.
Prioritize and monitor project progress against goals and tracking budgeted hours.
Present reports to key internal and external partners, effectively communicate the key findings and recommendations.
Manage multiple projects and resources concurrently to ensure successful completion of data analytic projects.
