Candidate should have robust exposure to Safety culture,WCM,TPM.Experienced in quality control department from a continuous process industry,Preferbly a chemical industry.Should have led a team of minimum 10 and should have very good analytical skills and problem solving skills. Should work in tandem with Production department .
