Supervise housekeeping staff, janitors, and contractors.
Monitor washrooms, meeting rooms, cafeterias, and common areas.
Coordinate pest control activities and hygiene standards.
Manage pantry services and refreshment arrangements.
Ensure availability of cleaning materials and consumables.
Conduct regular facility inspections and audits.
Maintain service quality as per SLA/KPI requirements.




Handle employee complaints related to cleanliness and workplace services.
Prepare reports on housekeeping performance and vendor management.
Support event setups, VIP visits, and office functions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Help Desk Services - Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Help Desk acts as the single point of contact for facility-related requests and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and log service requests through calls, emails, portals, or ticketing systems.
Generate, assign, and track work orders/tickets.
Coordinate with maintenance, soft services, security, and technical teams.
Monitor ticket closure within SLA timelines.
Update users on the status of their requests.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Maintain records of complaints, requests, and resolutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
