Job Description – Senior Integration Engineer (Workato)

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Workato
Engineer to join our Integration team and take ownership of designing,
developing, and supporting enterprise-grade integrations using Workato.

The role will primarily work on
integrations involving applications such as WMS, ChurnZero, ERP systems, CRM
platforms, databases, APIs, and other enterprise applications. The ideal
candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Workato and a solid
understanding of API-based integrations, architecture, data transformation,
event-driven integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.

This is a senior technical role
requiring someone who can independently understand business requirements,
design scalable integration solutions, develop and test Workato recipes,
troubleshoot production issues, and work closely with application, product, and
business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Workato Development & Integration
Design, develop, deploy, and
maintain complex integrations using Workato.




Build scalable and reusable
Workato recipes, connectors, workflows, and integration frameworks.
Develop integrations between WMS,
ChurnZero, ERP, CRM, databases, SaaS applications, and other enterprise
systems.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs,
webhooks, JSON, XML, HTTP, OAuth, and other integration technologies.
Implement data mapping,
transformation, validation, enrichment, and orchestration between multiple
systems.
Develop reusable integration
components and establish standards for recipe development.
Implement synchronous and
asynchronous integration patterns based on business and technical
requirements.
Work with scheduled, event-driven,
API-triggered, and real-time integrations.

Integration Architecture
Translate business and technical
requirements into robust integration solutions.
Design end-to-end integration
architecture considering scalability, performance, security, reliability,
and maintainability.
