About the role:

The role involves managing dealer service operations, service delivery, and coordinating with the revenue team to maintain system data and dealer submissions. The candidate will handle BOQ (Bill of Quantity)



and finance-related activities.The role also includes managing key accounts while collaborating with other team members.

Role Responsibilities:
Financials - Ensure to achieve the branch revenue numbers, maintain desired margin percentage, Receivable management to ensure overall desired growth for the branch.
Service Delivery - Call Management - Regular review of branch calls with relevant stakeholders to ensure minimum 85% in TAT Closure.
Service Delivery - PM Management - Regular review of with relevant stakeholders to ensure 100% PM Call closure within defined timeline both in field and system.
Service Delivery - Spare Part Management - Ensure branch and dealer based MSL. Regular connect with Spare Parts team to ensure timely spare delivery to create customer delight.
Service Delivery - Dealer Management - Continuous engagement with dealers, do RECO and closure of issues with them to motivate them for
