Your Future Role

You will be responsible for Customer Service – Business Administration Qualified role.




Order Acquisition & Execution - Participate in commercial discussions and active involvement at order acquisition phase analyzing customer’s requirements, examine their commercial and contractual feasibility into an offer. Drive the review and evaluation of the contract conditions, ensure alignment with Legal. Ensure customer’s orders are booked in system and revenue is recognized in line with IFRS guidelines. Preparation of Monthly Revenue Plan in co-ordination with Service team and ensure achievement. Ensure, un-executed order value is Clean & Deliverable.
Procurement coordination – Placement of Purchase orders on manufacturing plants/vendors and closely aligning the procurement process towards timely procurements & effective Inventory management. This will involve discussions with global supply partners as well as local/international Customers.
Receivable Management – Periodic receivable review, plan monthly colle
