About the role
We are seeking a motivated Transformation Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to diverse projects spanning strategy, technology, operations, and process improvement. This role sits at the intersection of business understanding and AI/tech enabled product development: you will work to understand what the business is trying to achieve and help translate that understanding into direction that a technology team can act on to build. It is a role built around working closely and iteratively with technology teams, in an workplace that moves quickly and puts data at the center of decision making. The role calls for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and pace, and who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
